Mr. Langerman has been utilizing his L.L.M. in taxation for over 30 years to better serve his clients, from providing advice on basic tax considerations to addressing complex tax challenges. He uses this knowledge on a daily basis in all matters he is involved in.

Mr. Langerman represents a diverse range of companies and is involved with them on a variety of issues, from the tax consequences of their actions to the structuring of transactions. He has extensive experience in the drafting and review of corporate documents and helps his clients move forward on a daily basis with practical advice and troubleshooting.

Mr. Langerman's estates and trusts work encompasses all aspects involved in this field of practice. He handles the probate and administration of estates, creates estate plans that range from wills and pour-over revocable trusts to complex estate planning tools and formalizes and implements corporate succession plans for closely-held businesses.

Mr. Langerman's real estate practice covers both residential and commercial real estate transactions and he offers a full spectrum of legal services in this area. These services include the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate, reviewing and drafting commercial leases and residential real estate closings and re-financings.

Mr. Langerman was born in New Haven, Connecticut on September 19, 1951 and has been an active member in his community, including working closely with the local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America.
