Noel Langerman, a partner at Karp & Langerman, P.C., focuses on estate planning, tax planning, corporate matters, real estate transactions and probate and estate administration.
Mr. Langerman provides a full-range of estates and trusts work, including the drafting of wills and trusts and the formulating and execution of more sophisticated estate planning for higher net-worth individuals. Mr. Langerman also assists individuals in the probate and administration of the estate of a deceased, ensuring that the process is conducted in a comprehensive and efficient manner.
Mr. Langerman provides a multitude of services to businesses, allowing him to work closely with companies across the spectrum of needs that they may have, such as sales or acquisitions, preparation of corporate filings, contractual needs and banking transactions. Mr. Langerman provides in-depth assistance to companies in navigating complex taxation and compliance issues, including tax nexus considerations and compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Telemarketing Sales Rules. The services Mr. Langerman provides are not only to established businesses, but also extend to individuals who are embarking on new corporate endeavors, including startup ventures.
Mr. Langerman is involved in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including residential real estate closings and reviewing, advising on and consummating commercial real estate leases, sales and purchases.
Mr. Langerman was born in New Haven, Connecticut on July 29, 1983 and joined Karp & Langerman, P.C. in 2010 after completing his J.D. at Duke University School of Law, which included studies at a European L.L.M. program in Lisbon, Portugal.
In 2016 Mr. Langerman was awarded an Executive LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law.
