Michael practices in the areas of corporate law and trusts and estates.

Michael focuses his corporate practice on providing comprehensive business law advice to companies of all sizes regarding structural, operational and transactional matters, including acquisitions and sales, debt and equity financings, business succession planning, and day to day operations.

Michael’s trusts and estates practice includes providing estate planning advice and guidance to business owners, individuals and families, preparing wills, trusts and related documents, and representing executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts.

A former litigator with a focus on commercial disputes and trusts, estates and fiduciary litigation, Michael relies on this background and experience to inform his decision making to avoid conflicts and unintended results. Michael has been recognized as a Connecticut Super Lawyer® Rising Star each year since 2019.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael also served as the General Counsel of a medical practice, where he provided guidance on all corporate, regulatory, compliance, and all other legal matters.
