The managing partner of the firm, Mr. Langerman provides a comprehensive range of services to businesses and individuals within his practice areas, serving as a touchstone for his clients’ needs.

Noel’s corporate practice encompasses both advisory and deliverable-based services supporting day-to-day operations as well as representation in high stakes one-off activity, routinely assisting businesses and their owners with debt incurrence, acquisitions of businesses, exit transactions and other complex matters.

Mr. Langerman also specializes in trusts and estates work, helping individuals and families achieve estate planning goals and navigate the administration of estates. Noel primarily focuses his efforts in this area on assisting high-net worth individuals/families and crossover business clients who require sophisticated, tax-driven planning.

Noel launched the New York office in 2012 and was selected by Super Lawyers, a list issued by Thomson Reuters, a rising star in 2018-2023*.
