Tate Langerman is a corporate attorney who serves as trusted counsel to businesses and principals, advising on ongoing operation and strategic matters as well as complex transaction events. His corporate practice includes representing buyers, sellers, borrowers and private capital providers in complex mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions.

In parallel, Tate also advises high-net-worth individuals, families and trusts on sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer matters, frequently in connection with closely held businesses and multigenerational assets. Many of his clients engage him as their primary legal advisor across both business and personal matters.
